The BPCA Mentorship Program connects emerging and established professionals across New York’s building performance industry to accelerate learning, improve project quality, and strengthen our member community. Participants are paired for structured 1:1 support and have access to optional ride-alongs/site visits, peer roundtables, and a growing library of practical resources (templates, checklists, and best practices).

Who it’s for: Contractors, energy auditors, program implementers, and new entrants seeking guidance on field practices, business operations, safety/QA, and career development.
