What is BPCA?

BPCA is a not-for-profit statewide trade association representing hundreds building performance contractors and related professionals in NYS. We are committed to the success and professional development of the contractors who work to improve the energy efficiency, comfort, durability, health, and safety of New York’s existing residential buildings.

How to become a member and join Building Performance Contractors’ Association (BPCA)?

To become a member of BPCA, you must complete the registration by clicking here and select your appropriate membership plan conform your company size. After you complete all the fields on the registration form and your payment is successful you will receive email confirmations regarding your subscription, transaction, etc.

How to login to my BPCA account?

To login into your BPCA account you should click either Log-In under My Account or My Account page directly which is in the main menu of the website. After that you provide your email address and your password (the one you used during the signup process) and click log in.

Where can I access information about my BPCA account?

When you click My Account on the main menu, you will be redirected to your account page. There will be four sub-menus.

  • Home: Here you can find and change the information you provided on your signup. You can also change your password at the bottom of this page.
  • Subscriptions: Here you can find information regarding your subscription plan. You can change or cancel your BPCA subscription. You can also edit your payment method information.
  • Payments: Here you can find information about your payment. You can also download a copy of your subscription payment invoice.
  • Logout: Clicking here will log you out of your account and will redirect you at the BPCA homepage.
What is Members’ Corner?

Members’ Corner is a dedicated space that is accessible only from BPCA account holders and their sub-accounts. Visitors of the BPCA website cannot view the contents of this page. They are only able to do so after they join BPCA and become a member.

What can I find in Members’ Corner?

Once a member, you can find member-only information, organization documents, training discounts (for you and your employees) , your member badge (which you can put on your website, email, and marketing materials to show that you are a member of BPCA).

What is BPCA doing in response to COVID-19?

BPCA has dedicated a standalone webpage for COVID-19 which can be found in the main menu, or by clicking here. In this webpage, you can download the “COVID-Safe Residential Work Practices Policy Template” that incorporates best practices on business processes, training, and materials relating to safe office operations, as well as safe working protocols for customer sites. It is available for you to download and modify for use in your business. BPCA is committed to assist in any questions that you may have regarding this template and its usage.

Does BPCA offer training and workshops?

Yes, BPCA offers many education events including trainings and workshops. These can be found on the main menu under Training & Workshops.
